We are excited to inform the University Community that the Computer Science Department of the Faculty of Computing and Information Systems (FOCIS) will be hosting an exciting Data Science and Analytics Bootcamp and Seminar.

These in-person events are designed to equip participants with essential competencies and skills in Data Science and Analytics. The events are open to our Data Science and Analytics students, Master’s and Doctoral students, the general public, faculty, and staff.

Below are the details of the programmes:

Facilitator:
Dr. Andy Asare, Assistant Professor (Teaching) in Data Science & Analytics, Department of Computer Science, University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Seminar:

Venue: Florence Onny Auditorium
Time: 1:00 pm

Data Science Bootcamp:
Dates: 26th – 28th June 2024
Venue: Forensic Lab
Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Rate: GHS 1,000.00

Registration Includes Breakfast, lunch, and a certificate.
